Hollyway, a Singapore-based company specialized in AI-powered smart drone systems for low-altitude industrial applications, has partnered with Morocco’s XAR Aerospace to establish a high-tech factory for manufacturing industrial drones in the North African Kingdom.

The factory will produce autonomous industrial drones, leveraging Hollyway’s AI and automation tech alongside XAR’s “Made in Morocco” prototypes.

This high-tech production site will create skilled jobs, foster a local ecosystem (including suppliers and training centers), and position Morocco as a regional hub for drone exports to Africa and beyond.

According to some experts, Morocco will benefit from Hollyway intelligent, autonomous, industrial drone system solutions. Specializing in low-altitude infrastructure solutions, the company’s next-generation technology combined with AI-integrated software allow clients to easily, safely, and quickly overcome challenges and complete any task including mission planning, real-time analytics, and autonomous operations.

Hollyway systems are designed for sectors such as emergency services, infrastructure inspection, agriculture, and environmental monitoring, enabling 24/7 coverage with minimal human intervention.

These technologies will enhance further Morocco’s growing drone industry, which already includes military UAV production in partnership with Israeli BlueBird Aero Systems) and civil initiatives such as AeroDrive’s Atlas I-Star for surveillance.
