The Karkari Foundation for Sufi Studies has officially launched its activities from a new headquarters located in the San Francisco Bay Area, alongside its publishing house, Karkari Press, during an event attended by academics and researchers from several prominent American universities.

The gathering included the foundation’s founder, Mohammed Faouzi Karkari, and scholars affiliated with institutions such as the University of California, Berkeley, Stanford University, Yale University, Harvard University, and the University of Notre Dame.
The new facility features collaborative workspaces, private offices, and dedicated meeting rooms designed to support academic research, publishing projects, remote conferences, and strategic planning activities.
Its location was selected due to its proximity to UC Berkeley and its position within the San Francisco Bay Area, one of the world’s leading centers for scientific research, innovation, and knowledge production.
The event also included the presentation of signed copies of several publications issued by the foundation to guests and supporters as part of its academic and cultural outreach efforts.
Representatives of the foundation and its publishing house expressed their satisfaction with the move, emphasizing their commitment to expanding research and publishing activities from the new location.
