“Sakancom 2026”: Agadir to Host International Real Estate, Construction and Public Works Exhibition

    ayaJuly 14, 2026

The city of Agadir will host the inaugural edition of “Sakancom 2026”, an international exhibition dedicated to real estate, commercial property, construction and public works, from 23 to 25 July 2026. Organized by Industriecom Group, the event aims to support the strong development momentum of the Souss-Massa region while enhancing its appeal to both domestic and international investors.

Designed as a comprehensive business, investment and networking platform, the exhibition will bring together leading public institutions and private-sector stakeholders from the real estate, construction, urban planning, finance and investment sectors. The event seeks to showcase major regional development projects, facilitate professional exchanges and encourage high-value partnerships.

Held under the theme “Agadir – Souss-Massa: A Region at the Heart of Transformation, Driving Growth, Investment and Economic Development,” the exhibition will highlight the region’s rapid transformation, supported by significant investments in infrastructure, tourism, industry, logistics and public facilities.

Over the course of three days, more than fifty exhibitors—including property developers, construction companies, banks, financial institutions, architects, engineering consultancies and technology solution providers—will showcase their latest projects, services and innovations.

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of residential and commercial real estate projects, financing solutions and strategic investment opportunities designed to meet the growing needs of urban expansion and economic development across the region.

The exhibition will also serve as a meeting platform for investors, government officials, private-sector leaders, project developers and institutional partners, creating opportunities for new collaborations and investment initiatives.

Alongside the exhibition, two high-level conferences will be organized. The first will examine strategies to strengthen the attractiveness of the Souss-Massa region and accelerate investment, while the second will focus on innovation in real estate, construction and public works, covering sustainable building practices, emerging technologies and modern financing models.

Through this first edition, Industriecom Group aims to establish Sakancom as Morocco’s leading annual event for the real estate and construction industries, contributing to Agadir’s economic visibility, encouraging public-private partnerships and supporting the Kingdom’s major urban development and territorial planning projects.
