Al Omrane Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima has announced a new land sale within the “Zahrat Al Jabal” development in Charafate Green City, with the offering set to begin on July 10 through an open-counter sales system as part of efforts to expand the area’s real estate supply and attract new investment.
The new offering includes plots designated for mixed-use buildings featuring a commercial ground floor and four upper floors (R+4). Plot sizes range from 300 to 388 square meters, while prices vary between MAD 5,600 and MAD 6,400 per square meter, creating new opportunities for property developers and investors.
The project reflects the continued urban development of Charafate Green City, which has emerged as one of the leading urban growth hubs in northern Morocco thanks to its strategic location near Tanger Med Port, Tanger Tech Industrial City, Ibn Battouta Airport and a modern infrastructure network.
Al Omrane stated that interested buyers can obtain detailed information through the group’s online platform or by visiting its Charafate agency and regional headquarters in Tangier, as part of its strategy to promote sustainable urban development and strengthen Charafate’s attractiveness as a destination for investment and housing.
