FIFA has appointed English referee Michael Oliver to officiate the Round of 16 match between Morocco and Canada at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Oliver will be assisted by fellow English officials Stuart Burt and James Mainwaring, while Dutch referee Danny Makkelie will serve as the fourth official, with Hessel Steegstra acting as reserve assistant referee.
The decisive match will be played on Saturday, July 4, at Houston Stadium, where Morocco will aim to continue its impressive World Cup campaign by securing a place in the quarter-finals.
