Morocco Launches Digital Platform Trial for Driving License Exams

    ayaJune 18, 2026

Morocco’s National Road Safety Agency (NARSA) is preparing to introduce a new digital platform designed to manage driving license examinations and several services related to driving schools, as part of broader efforts to modernize and digitalize the sector.

According to available information, a trial phase will run between June and August 2026, allowing driving school professionals to test the platform and become familiar with its various features before its official launch.

The platform is expected to provide a wide range of digital services, including candidate registration, booking appointments for driving license examinations, tracking application files and results, and managing administrative procedures related to driving schools, instructors and training vehicles.

Candidate registration through the new digital system is expected to begin in September 2026, while data from the existing platform will be transferred automatically to the new system without requiring users to re-enter their information.

Industry representatives have highlighted the importance of the pilot phase, noting that it will help identify potential improvements and ensure a smooth transition before full implementation. They also believe the initiative will simplify administrative procedures and strengthen digital transformation within Morocco’s driving education sector.

The project forms part of ongoing efforts to enhance public services through digital technologies and improve the management of driving license examinations and training institutions across the country.
