El Hebil characterized this structuring royal project as kingdom showcase and collective mobilization model where every institutional, economic, and technical actor assumes full responsibility. Nador Province Governor Jamal Chaarani emphasized electrical energy supply importance for promoters and investors planning industrial zone units while stressing respect for effective port operation launch dates.

Nador West Med company director general presented detailed progress reports for each project component supported by updated retrospective planning, confirming port operationalization within fourteen months by late 2026.
