Hamli has secured a place in the PFL MENA final after submitting Algeria’s Souhil Tairi with an arm-triangle in the semifinal.
The Moroccan, a boxer by background, dominated much of the fight, taking Tairi down and methodically working to lock in the choke.
Victory came in the third round, sending Moroccan fans in Riyadh’s Arena into a frenzy, while his parents and sisters watched on from the stands.
Hamli will face Iraq’s Mohammad Fahmi in the final on December 5th in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
