King Mohammed VI, Chairman of Al-Quds Committee, has issued an order for an emergency relief and medical aid to the Palestinian people, particularly the population of Gaza Strip, said on Wednesday the foreign ministry in a press release.
About 180 tons of Moroccan humanitarian assistance will be sent to the Palestinian people. The emergency relief includes foodstuffs, milk, children’s products, medicines, surgical equipment, blankets, tents, and other equipment.
The aid will be transported via a specially arranged route to ensure its rapid and direct delivery to Palestinians. The move shows Morocco’s solidarity with the Palestinian people and the unwavering commitment of King Mohammed VI to the Palestinian cause.
