The Turkish Navy frigate TCG Burgazada docked at the Port of Tangier on Friday as part of an official visit aimed at strengthening maritime and defense cooperation between Morocco and Türkiye.
The two-day visit included the participation of Turkish Ambassador to Morocco Mustafa İlker Kılıç, who was welcomed aboard the vessel by its commander, Navy Colonel Ercan Aras, together with members of the Turkish Navy.
A formal reception was also held on board the frigate in honor of Moroccan officials, members of the diplomatic corps and military attachés representing several foreign embassies accredited to Morocco.
The visit highlights the growing cooperation between Rabat and Ankara and reflects the shared commitment of both countries to further develop their bilateral partnership, particularly in the maritime and defense sectors.
