Spain’s Civil Guard has awarded prestigious medals to senior officials from Morocco’s General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) and the General Directorate for Territorial Surveillance (DGST) during a ceremony held in Rabat in the presence of Abdellatif Hammouchi.
The honors recognize Morocco’s contribution to strengthening operational cooperation with Spain in combating terrorism, organized crime and cross-border security threats.
The head of intelligence of the Spanish Civil Guard described Morocco as an indispensable strategic partner, praising the professionalism of Moroccan security services and the high level of bilateral coordination.
The ceremony further highlights the strong and longstanding security partnership between Morocco and Spain.
