    SUPRATOURS Earns ISO 9001:2015 International Quality Certification

    SUPRATOURS, a subsidiary of Morocco’s National Railways Office (ONCF), has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 international quality certification by Bureau Veritas Morocco, highlighting the company’s commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.

    The certification represents a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing transformation process, aimed at strengthening operational efficiency and placing customer experience at the center of its activities.

    The scope of the certification covers all SUPRATOURS sites and operational centers across Morocco, including its intercity transport services, tourism transportation, employee transport solutions, and parcel delivery activities operated under the SUPRABOX brand.

    According to the company, the certification confirms the robustness of its quality management system and its compliance with internationally recognized standards related to reliability, safety, and performance.

    The process involved improving operational procedures, strengthening monitoring and management mechanisms, and enhancing service traceability to ensure greater efficiency and consistency.

    SUPRATOURS stated that it will continue its modernization efforts to deliver safer, more reliable, and more efficient services that meet the evolving needs of travelers, businesses, and institutional partners throughout the Kingdom.
