A police officer serving in the city of Ksar El Kébir passed away on Tuesday at a private clinic in Tangier after being admitted for treatment following serious health complications.
According to available information, the officer was transferred to the medical facility in a critical condition that required urgent medical care.
Despite efforts by the medical team to provide the necessary treatment, he later died at the clinic.
The incident has generated deep emotion among colleagues and acquaintances. Meanwhile, the competent authorities have opened an investigation under the supervision of the relevant public prosecutor’s office to determine the circumstances surrounding the case.
