Chrafate Green City, located in the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region, continues to advance its urban development process through the activation of public lighting and the opening of a new model market, as part of efforts to strengthen infrastructure and public services for residents.
The launch of public lighting is expected to improve nighttime mobility, support urban safety conditions and enhance public spaces, while the city continues to experience urban expansion.
At the same time, the opening of the new market provides an organized commercial space designed to meet residents’ daily needs and contribute to local economic activity.
Chrafate is considered among the modern urban projects in northern Morocco focused on sustainable development and quality of life, benefiting from its proximity to Tangier Med Port and the Tanger Tech industrial zone.
Residents have expressed satisfaction regarding improvements in local infrastructure and services, while calling for continued investment in transport, healthcare, education and recreational facilities to support the city’s ongoing growth.
