Several truck drivers voiced frustration over heavy congestion reported at Tanger Med Port, after remaining stranded for hours inside the port area without significant movement in incoming or outgoing traffic.
According to posts shared on social media, drivers said they arrived at Tanger Med Port around 1:30 p.m., shortly after disembarking from ferries, but remained stationary until nearly 6:00 p.m.
Transport professionals also described traffic inside the port as being close to a complete standstill during that period, while no official clarification had been issued regarding the reasons behind the sudden congestion.
The situation triggered widespread reactions online, with several drivers saying that such delays directly affect their working conditions and professional commitments related to transport and logistics operations.
