The Tangier Al Kobra Foundation for Educational, Cultural, Social and Sports Action and the private vocational training institute Cial signed a cooperation agreement on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at the Youth Meeting Center for Sociocultural Exchange in the Kasbah district of Tangier, with the aim of strengthening collaboration in the fields of training, supervision, and support for youth-oriented initiatives.
The agreement seeks to establish a framework for coordination and joint action between the two institutions in educational, cultural, social, and sports-related areas through the organization of shared programs and activities designed to support young people and students, enhance opportunities for training and guidance, and organize workshops and educational meetings tailored to the needs of targeted groups.
The signing ceremony was attended by several educational and training officials as well as actors involved in cultural and social initiatives. During the event, the president of the Tangier Al Kobra Foundation stated that the partnership is part of the institution’s policy of openness toward various partners with the objective of supporting youth and strengthening opportunities for training and supervision while contributing to local development.
For his part, the Director General of Cial Institute expressed satisfaction with the signing of the agreement and reaffirmed the institute’s commitment to supporting initiatives aimed at improving vocational training and youth integration opportunities.
The meeting concluded with the official signing of the cooperation agreement, followed by an exchange of commemorative gifts and group photographs bringing together representatives of both institutions and attendees.
