The Ministry of Equipment and Water announced today in Rabat the official launch of the new digital platform “Projects Observatory”, as part of the implementation of the High Royal Guidelines of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, aimed at modernizing public administration and improving the quality of services provided to citizens,
This initiative is part of the ministry’s digital transformation strategy, which seeks to strengthen governance and transparency principles and improve public performance efficiency in line with the national momentum for administrative modernization,
The “Projects Observatory” platform aims to establish a digital system for monitoring and evaluating projects at the national level by centralizing data related to planned and completed projects and enabling real-time tracking of implementation stages, while highlighting social indicators reflecting the ministry’s performance,
It also provides an interactive interface allowing citizens to access project progress in a simple and transparent way, supported by dashboards showing territorial and regional distribution across sectors including water, roads, ports, maritime public domain and meteorology,
The system is based on an organized structure relying on a network of focal points at central and territorial levels, ensuring data quality and continuous updates,
This project represents a step toward a data-driven public management model, enhancing the effectiveness of regional public policies and coordination among stakeholders in project implementation,
The ministry reaffirmed through this initiative its commitment to transparency, improved public performance and better service delivery to citizens.
