Official data from the Foreign Exchange Office show that Morocco’s industrial exports increased by the end of March 2026, driven mainly by the automotive and aerospace sectors, while other sectors such as phosphates and textiles declined.
Automotive exports reached around 42 billion dirhams, marking a 12.1 percent increase, supported by growth in construction and electrical wiring segments.
The aerospace sector also grew by 12.6 percent to nearly 8 billion dirhams, driven by higher assembly activity.
Meanwhile, sectors including textiles, phosphates, electronics, and agribusiness recorded declines.
Overall exports rose by 3.3 percent to exceed 120.7 billion dirhams by the end of March 2026.
