Tanger Med Port recorded strong performance in 2025, confirming its position as a leading logistics platform in Africa and the Mediterranean region.
According to released data, container traffic exceeded 11.1 million TEUs, marking an 8.4% increase compared to 2024, reflecting continued growth in port activity.
The total volume of handled goods reached approximately 161 million tons, up 13.3%, while international truck traffic surpassed 535,000 units, reinforcing the port’s role in linking Morocco with European and African markets.
Financially, revenue reached 4.433 billion dirhams compared to 4.019 billion in 2024, representing a 10.3% increase, while net profit rose to 1.821 billion dirhams, showing strong growth of 22.3%.
Some segments recorded declines, particularly vehicle traffic, which dropped by 12%, as well as solid bulk transport, amid global economic fluctuations.
Tanger Med continues to strengthen its role as a strategic hub for international trade and a key platform supporting exports and investment attraction in a changing global logistics environment.
