    ayaApril 21, 2026

The Director General of National Security and Territorial Surveillance, Abdellatif Hammouchi, carried out a working visit to Sweden on April 20 and 21, 2026, accompanied by a security delegation.

The visit aimed to strengthen bilateral security cooperation through the exchange of expertise and operational coordination.

Meetings were held with Swedish officials to discuss issues of common interest related to security and ways to address shared challenges.

The discussions resulted in the signing of a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation in areas such as training and information sharing.

The agreement covers several fields, including counterterrorism, organized crime, and cybercrime.

The visit also included meetings with intelligence services and field visits to specialized security units.
