The city of El Jadida is set to host the first edition of the International Ports and Ecosystem Exhibition SIPORTS, scheduled from February 5 to 7, 2026, under the patronage of the Ministry of Equipment and Water and organized by LINECO Events.
The event will take place at the Mohammed VI complex and comes amid ongoing momentum in the maritime and port sector, aiming to bring together key stakeholders to discuss challenges and opportunities while showcasing technological innovations.
Nizar Baraka, Minister of Equipment and Water, highlighted the importance of this initiative, noting that it aligns with efforts to strengthen Morocco’s position as a maritime hub on both the Mediterranean and Atlantic fronts.
Meanwhile, Mohcine Barada, president of LINECO Events, stated that the exhibition aims to highlight the role of Moroccan ports in global trade, focusing on performance, connectivity, innovation, and sustainability.
