As part of the development momentum in the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region, an agreement was signed at the headquarters of Al Omrane Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima for the upgrading of Ayacha center in Larache province, with a total investment of around 50 million dirhams.
The project is the result of an institutional partnership involving the Ministry of National Territory Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and City Policy, the Ministry of Interior, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance, along with local and provincial authorities.
It includes the development of roads and pathways, the creation of pedestrian walkways, the strengthening of public lighting, as well as the establishment of green spaces and the improvement of urban furniture in line with sustainable development standards.
The initiative also aims to improve residents’ quality of life by providing a more organized and suitable urban environment.
This project is part of broader efforts to implement public policies related to urban planning and to achieve balanced territorial development.
