As part of ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking and psychotropic substances, police officers from the Moulay Rachid district in Casablanca arrested a 29-year-old man on Wednesday evening, April 1, on suspicion of involvement in possession and distribution of drugs.
According to available information, the operation resulted in the seizure of 2100 Rivotril pills found in the suspect’s possession following a search carried out by police officers.
The suspect was placed under judicial investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor, in order to determine the circumstances of the case and identify any potential extensions of this activity.
This operation is part of continuous security efforts carried out by the General Directorate of National Security to combat drug trafficking and psychotropic substances.
