Sothema Group announced in an official statement following its Board of Directors meeting held on March 25, 2026, at its headquarters in Bouskoura, that it recorded positive financial results for the 2025 fiscal year, marked by improved profitability indicators and continued strategic transformation.
According to the statement, the group’s revenue reached MAD 3.227 billion, representing a 15% increase, while EBITDA stood at MAD 763 million, up 27%, the operating margin reached 23.7%, up by 2.4 points, and a dividend of MAD 33 per share was proposed, compared to MAD 28 in 2024.
The statement also noted that the year was marked by structural operations, including the acquisition of Soludia Maghreb and the rights to the Cialis brand, as well as the launch of 14 new products, 7 of which were locally manufactured, as part of the group’s development strategy.
