Police officers in the Bettana district of Salé have arrested three individuals, including a minor, on suspicion of involvement in a robbery accompanied by violence using a bladed weapon, an incident that was captured in a video circulated on social media.
Preliminary findings indicate that one suspect allegedly stole a mobile phone from a minor, before a second individual intervened, leading to a violent confrontation involving all parties and the use of bladed weapons.
Swift police intervention resulted in the arrest of two suspects, while the third individual, also suspected of involvement in the robbery, is currently under medical supervision in a hospital after sustaining injuries during the incident.
The arrested individuals have been placed under judicial investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor to determine the full circumstances and responsibilities related to the case.
